When you open the box to your complete there’ll be two scooter components: the handlebars and deck. Both items are packaged to prevent them from getting damaged. There’ll also be an instruction manual which comes with a 6mm allen key.

Straight out of the first packaging you’ll see the handlebar which comes with grips and fitted with a 2-bolt clamp. The second packaging comes with the fork and compression, headset, wheels, brake, and deck.

Assembling Your Scooter

To assemble your scooter, all you’ll need for this is the 6mm allen key included in the instruction manual.

    • Install the handlebar to the deck-base. All you’ll need to do is directly put the handlebar over the top of the fork, ensure the wheel is nice and straight, and then tighten the clamp bolts clockwise until they’re hand tight.
  • Check the scooter’s straight and tight. Once the installed handlebar and deck are nice and tight, there shouldn’t be any wobble between the handlebar and the fork. As well, it should be freely spinning. This applies for general maintenance as well.
